"After several years with a previous insurance carrier, I made the decision to start shopping around for a new provider. The usual automated and impersonal responses came in from everywhere, but Nelsymar at State Farm was the only one that actually sent me a full email quote without any strings attached and no pressure. Long story short, her customer service skills are a rare find these days and the icing on the cake is that I’m saving $1200 a year in car insurance. I am now going to buy homeowners and flood from her as well. It is such a pleasure to do business here."
